Leadership: Handles two Facilities Coordinators, housekeeping and security personnel.
Vendor and Procurement Management: Vendor selection, requests quotation for items or services, creating purchase orders, schedules the services or delivery, billing processing, and monthly recon of payables. For manpower vendors, this also includes coordination for operational concerns, contract and amendment creation.
Financial Management: Keeps records of approved costings, double-checking vendor billings based on the costing, and creating monthly financial reports to keep track of expenses.
Seat Utilization: Assigns seats to new hires and handles seat transfer requests.
Building Management: Coordinates with building management for permits and other operational concerns, ensuring they are escalated in a timely manner. Our Team also assists contractors during buildout and preventive maintenance; making sure they have complied with safety procedures and submitted proper documents such as safe work method statement and permit to work.
Help Desk Management: Monitors service desk and communicates with requesters for any concerns regarding their requests to achieve client’s SLA. I also create monthly report for submission to client.
Security, Health and Safety: Assists in evacuation drills and government inspections of client. Our Team is also in charged with issuance of ID and badge access to employees, visitors, contractors and monitoring of security badge access system.
Content and Email Writing: Creates memorandum or communications to all employees relating to Facility and keeps track of minutes of the meetings with vendors and building management; capturing essential discussions and concerns, and following through via email.

Administrative Tasks: Handles concerns of customers, tenants, agencies, and in-house departments. I also keep records of all documents concerning operations in Visayas and Mindanao malls, monitor documents routed to other departments, and to head office, check documents before forwarding to signatories such as manpower billing, budget allocation, inter-office memorandum, monthly reports and gathers and collates data necessary for reports and presentations.
Financial Management: Handles funds allocated for marketing events in various malls.
Content Writing: Creates memorandum to tenants.

Teaches English to various age groups through conversations, article-reading, and lessons with quizzes.

Handles customer inquiry regarding mobile support and walks customers through the troubleshooting steps involving mobile and broadband devices.
